FAQ's

🚚DELIVERY: We deliver to Huntington Beach and surrounding areas

🌧️RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given

🏃OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend

🧽CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use

🔌 WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • The inflatable of your choice

  • Extension cord (of up to 100ft)

  • Blower

  • Safety stakes or sandbags to keep the inflatable secure

➡️WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Enough space with level ground for us to set up your rental

  • Make sure there is nothing overhead (like decorative lighting) that could interfere with the inflatable

  • Electrical outlet within 75 feet of set up area

  • Water source and water hose if you are renting a water slide

⛈️ WEATHER:

  • Winds of over 25mpg and over are considered unsafe
  • Rain: We can reschedule for rain in most conditions, unless the bounce house is set up already. The unit should not be operated in wet weather as the blowers are electric.
