| RENTAL AGREEMENT: All individuals and or companies that rent from Surf City Bouncers, LLC are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the inflatable bouncer. We cannot set up the inflatables until this rental agreement has been signed. PREPARATION: Our bouncers are approximately 13' wide x 13' deep x 16' tall. The following is require for preparation to your bouncer rental: *Space requirements of 15 x 15 surface flat surface area with a minimum of 16' vertical clearnance. *Surface area must be relatively flat - less than 8' of vertical drop of 10 feet. *Surface area must be grass, concrete, asphalt or a smooth surface. Clear the area of any pet waste, rocks, sticks, and other debris before we arrive to set up your inflatable. We will also inspect the area before we set up, ensuring the most ideal and safest area has been selescted. (All pets) must be put away during rental period- NO PETS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND BOUNCER RENTAL). *Setup area must be within 50' of an electrical outlet. *Irrigation system? Please let us know this when you make your reservation. We may choose to secure the bouncer unit with sandbags instead of stakes. WEATHER POLICY: Sunny Orange County California does not experience bad weather to often but in the case of high winds, and or rain, Surf City Bouncers reserves the right to cancel for safety. Your child's safety is our highest concern. CANCELLATIONS: You can call and cancel your rental within a 24hr notice time period. Surf City Bouncers reserves the right to cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions. SAFETY RULES: ~ Children should be supervised by adults at all times. ~ All participants should remove shoes and keep socks on. ~ Flips and summersaults are not allowed. ~ Do not exceed the recommended number of participants at one time. ~ Set up can not be near water- bouncers do not float and are inflated by an electric blower. ~ If swimming is at your party, participants must dry off before entering the bouncer. ~ Silly String is not permitted in or near the bouncer! The chemicals in silly string (of any kind) will eat a hole through the bouncer vinyl. ~ Food and drinks are not permitted in the bouncer. ~ No toys or other objects are permitted in the bouncer. ~ Pets are not allowed on/ in or near the bouncer. Outside pets should be leashed or removed from the setup area prior to delivery and until pick up of bouncer. HAVING A FUN MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE WANT FOR YOU!
